Flexible Options
Process credit cards (either swipe or through manual entry) and checks electronically. You can also accept credit card payments online through Parent Portal (the web-based extension of iCare). Parents are given a unique code and password. They can log into Parent Portal, view their balance, and make a payment.
Low Rates
iCare offers competitive rates on credit card and checks processing. Centers and schools that do a considerable amount of electronic payment processing are often able to pay for iCare just from the low rates.

Printing Receipts
You can print a receipt immediately after a transaction using a 3” receipt printer. iCare allows you to print receipts in many different formats.
