Save time and get paid faster. iCare Management Software offers an automated electronic payment processing system. You can process credit cards or checks, and iCare will automatically post the payments for you, update account balances, and generate receipts on the spot.
Process credit cards (either swipe or through manual entry) and checks electronically. You can also accept credit card payments online through Parent Portal (the web-based extension of iCare). Parents are given a unique code and password. They can log into Parent Portal, view their balance, and make a payment.

You can print a receipt immediately after a transaction using a 3” receipt printer. iCare allows you to print receipts in many different formats.
