Manage applications, enrollment, payment processing, scheduling, class selection, and communication through Parent Portal. You’ll provide better access and become more effective and efficient in managing your daycare center, school, or agency.
How does it work?
Parent Portal is an extension of iCare that can be accessed by a URL that you distribute to families and staff. The information that is sent and received through Parent Portal is done through a server that you run at your center or school or through a server we host for you. Both solutions provide the same web capability, and the data transferred from parents to you or vice versa is secure.
Parents and staff can receive notes online from teachers or other staff. Parent Portal is an extension of iCare that gives parents and staff access to communication online. Parent Portal is protected by a unique username and password that parents and staff have to enter.
Send the URL to your site’s Parent Portal, and parents can fill in applications online. You’ll receive their information and be able to immediately notify them or put them onto a waiting list.
Let parents do all of the data entry for you. Families can fill in all of their enrollment information online.
Families can view new charges and make payments through the internet. This is integrated with iCare’s standard payment processing options like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. This section of Parent Portal is protected. The parent or staff member must enter their unique username and password to access this section.
Keep families and staff on the same page with schedules and time slots that they have signed up for. Any changes that are made are synched online, so parents and staff see the most up to date information on upcoming schedules. iCareWeb works directly from your database in your own computer or can be run through a hosted server that we run for you. Only parents and staff with authorized passwords can access the private sections of Parent Portal and they will only be able to see their own data. As needed, you can enable, disable or change family and staff passwords anytime to control access to the data.
