You can either install iCare and Parent Portal, on your own computers or it can be hosted by us for you. If we host it for you then your office staff and teacher use iCare through Remote Desktop without having to install any software on their computers. Parents access Parent Portal in the same way through the internet.

How you can use iCare Hosted
You can access iCare Hosted from any Windows or Mac computer; if using a Mac computer you will have to download ‘RDP for Mac’.
Multiple staff and users can simultaneously login into iCare.
Parent Portal is accessible to any number of parents to view their account statement, edit their personal data such as changed addresses and phones numbers, pay online using a credit card or an ACH transaction, select schedules, and sign-up children for enrichment classes, camps and special events. You can also add the enrollment application so new families can enter their personal data without you having to type it in.
