  • Check-in Lobby: This is the iCare Time Clock for parents and staff for secured check in the out. It runs an any device – laptop, tablet or phone, from any place – center lobby, curbside, bus or classrooms.
  • Signature and photo authentication: Configuration flag allow you to turn ON these features. If turned ON, for every check in and out in the Lobby the staff will be asked to sign, or a picture will be snapped using the tablet or phones camera and tagged to that attendance record.
  • Assigned role can fix attendance: All attendance records can be corrected, if needed. Using Role Management, you can authorize people for this function.
  • Tally attendance with schedules and remove unscheduled hours: If your center policy requires that staff are not paid beyond scheduled hours, this is a simple feature for aligning attendance to schedules.
  • Overtime calculation options: The Staff Payroll Hours Report gives you option to calculate overtime based on 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day.
  • Flexible pay period: You can choose any start day and end day as your pay period; for example, weekly from Monday to Sunday or bi-weekly from a Wednesday to Tuesday two weeks later.
